You may be here because you struggle to cope with difficult thoughts and emotions or maintain openness and trust in your relationships. Perhaps it's been difficult for quite a long time now, and you're ready to discover more connection and contentment in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe we all seek to be safely connected to ourselves and with others, so my approach to therapy is relational and grounded in full acceptance of all the various parts that make you and learning to fully witness and resource your fears and wounds with kindness and compassion.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families resolve complex issues, develop healthy patterns, and establish a more stable sense of self. I am particularly effective in assisting clients in managing anxiety, processing grief and loss, and working through traumatic experiences.

My advanced training in therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, and evidence-based trauma therapies, allows me to address various conditions and empower my clients with sparkling moments of self-awareness, clarity, and the ability to experience their preferred way of being.I enjoy working with clients of all genders, races, and cultural backgrounds.

What you can expect from our work  together

As an experienced trauma therapist, my utmost priority is to provide a secure and compassionate environment that allows for the exploration of your emotions and experiences. Through empathy and collaboration, I intend to create a welcoming and accepting space where you feel safe to enter the transformative process to explore deeply personal issues actively, find different perspectives, reframe limiting thoughts and experiences, reconnect with the body's wisdom, and states of focused relaxation that give rise to confident self-expression, clarification of purpose, the experience of growth and change, and more profound connection in relationships with self and others.
