Welcome

Life often has a way of consuming our minds and stopping us in our tracks or taking us down an unhelpful path. If you find yourself in a season of need, feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or feeling that you are just surviving, you have come to the right place.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I am committed to working with the whole person and find being in the therapeutic space with others as they explore the joys and struggles of life to be an incredibly humbling and privileged experience. As such, I take a collaborative approach to therapy and treatment with the understanding that I am not the only expert in the room–you bring rich and complex life experiences and strengths invaluable to the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy working with adults from diverse backgrounds and specialize in helping people work through challenges with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Low Self-Esteem, Parenting, and Life-Transitions. I center my practice in a strength-based and culturally-affirming perspective, drawing from many theories of therapeutic practice–including person-centered, narrative, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed, and solution-focused–as appropriate to your needs and treatment goals.

What you can expect from our work  together

In working with me, you can expect to find someone in your corner throughout your therapeutic journey. I am committed to providing a restorative experience grounded in a nurturing environment that explores self and relationships, help you gain practical tools to overcome your limiting beliefs and behaviors, and achieve your highest level of functioning to create a beautiful, balanced lifestyle leading to an overall fulfilling life.
